At IMMARTIAL – Athlete Centre we also offer Personal Training sessions. Often Personal Training sessions are associated with Fitness, but at IMMARTIAL our Personal Training sessions exist out of whatever you prefer.

We offer Personal Training solutions, what give you the best result within a short time period. We offer you the following sessions, but are not limited to:

  • Cardio Athletic
  • Cardio Kickboxing
  • Punching Bag
  • TRX
  • Functional Training for strength
  • Functional Training for recovery
  • Pads work Boxing
  • Pads work Thai/ Kickboxing
  • Mixed Martial Arts
  • Fitness
  • Or we can mix all the above in each training session…

Next to the sessions we believe that a good relationship with our members is also very important. We listen to you as our IMMARTIAL family and we act to it as well.

SCHEDULE

You are in charge of your schedule and we try to fit yours with our schedule. So please do not hesitate and let us know how often you wish to train and what time.
