At our Functional Training area, we focus on injury free exercises, by training with your own body weight. To get maximum result our certified TRX trainer will be on top of each exercise, as your posture during the workout is one of most important thing during training.

Athlete Performance

In our Functional Training Area we have many other training solutions for each Athlete. If you just want to get back in shape or you wish to train to enhance your individual performance in any sport out there. We make sure you get better and that you will reach your goals.

Either you wish to focus on strength, explosiveness, cardio, focus etc. we have it all.

The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance exercises, TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Cardio

Our Functional Area provides all kind of solutions to work on your cardio. Our equipment in combination with the best trainers will give you the best feeling and result after each workout.

Interval training, courses, circuit, endurance training are all a part of our Cardio program.
